OUR 2024 PERFORMANCE YEAR IS NOW OVER!
We hope you were able to catch one of our public performances, and we thank all those who came and supported us over this past year.
We have set to work on our next annual music showcase event ("music with a dash of theatricality") for 2025. And the date is set! Mark your calendar now for Sunday 18 May at 3pm.
Rumours have it that there will be some flashbacks to the events of the late 1960's, counterculture and flower children...and the Summer of Love! Follow our "Blow!" blog series for more information.

ST COLUMBA'S CHURCH FÊTE 2024
We had the privilege of performing at one of our favourite annual venues. Our playlist included a combination of familiar and newer pieces. Thank you to all those who came and supported this community fundraising event, and enjoyed some free entertainment.
FROM A PAST PERFORMANCE...
On 8th October 2022, the Second-Wind Ensemble was invited to perform in the Mitcham Band Festival. This was our first public performance with our newly appointed Music Director, Josie Hawkes OAM. Our playlist included a couple of challenging lively pieces, including our finale, "Earth, Wind and Fire Dance Mix" and you can tell that the band had a blast!
